Smoky Chicken Enchiladas: 35-Minute Recipe

A lasagne-like take on enchiladas, this recipe from Baltimore chef Spike Gjerde requires no rolling of the tortillas. Simply alternate layers of tortilla with a smoky chili-tomato sauce, shredded chicken and cheddar.
