Suicide attack in Nigeria kills at least 15 bus passengers

Just over a month before Nigeria’s election, the militant group Boko Haram demonstrated the ease with which it could carry out its threat to attack voters when a suicide bomber killed at least 15 people Tuesday in an attack on a bus.
