All I want is to be is a Guardian Weekly reader again

I’ve paid my subscription here in New Zealand but haven’t received a single copy

I am a Guardian reader and subscriber of more than 40 years – though sadly no longer a subscriber, even though I would love to be. A few months ago I sent a cheque for NZ$300 to renew my subscription to Guardian Weekly. This was cashed, but my subscription was not renewed and I have not received a single copy.

It looks like your agent in New Zealand, where I live, took my money, and closed the business. Since then, I have tried to contact your agents many times with no success.
