I used EU Delay after my flight was delayed. Now it refuses to send me my money

The website helped me recover compensation from an airline for a delayed flight, but won’t send me what it owes – I know others are in the same boat

Like many others, I have used a website called EU Delay to fight an airline on my behalf after it refused to pay compensation following a delayed flight.

I agreed to pay its fee of 25% of the recovered money.
