I need two of everything but am not sure if going for the cheap option will cost me in the long term

This week’s question: My five-year-old twins are starting school and I’ve got a long uniform list to buy. John Lewis wants £15 each for dresses while Asda cheapies start at £5. New to this, and needing two of everything, I’m wondering if the cheap ones last, or are they a false economy?
