Another npower shambles as it chases me for a bill from 2012

I’ve tried again and again to explain to them, and now I’m being threatened with debt collectors

Can you believe that I am being chased for a bill by npower that stems from a house I rented in 2012.

When we moved in we immediately switched to British Gas. The previous tenants had not given exit readings and, as a result, an accurate closing bill could not be calculated.
